Need to commission some art

Hi all,
I've recently started a (written) web series and need to commission some original art for it.

I thought this would be a good place to ask - I tried deviant art but the people I contacted either wanted massive amounts of money or they were too busy.

I'm prepared to pay, but the web series isn't making me money as it's free (maybe one day it will monetise) so don't have a fortune to spend.

The story is set in a (zombie/infected/virus) post apocalyptic Britain so I'm mainly looking for wide pics of desolate streets, silhouetted figures, moody black and white stuff. Those details can be talked over later though.

Honestly wasn't my intention to advertise it, I really wanted some help and have been a member of ocUK for a while now so figured it would be a good place to ask; being as people at deviantart are quite unreliable.
