Need to convert an OST to a PST file

I have a OST data file used in outlook, i used to be connected to an exchange server and was using it in cached mode. How on this devils earth do i change this damn file to a PST so i can change my user to a workgroup. (*.PST file)

Can you still see all the emails within outlook? If so just run an export, and export everything to a PST. Then you can open the PST and carry on as before.

Unforyuantly i only have the OST file. All the programs cost about $200 and the trial only recovers about 40Mb out of 300MB.

I will keep looking, anyother ideas?

Have you tried pointing Outlook to the OST (within the offline files menu) and seeing if it opens? I suggest backing up the OST first, but I'm sure you've done that anyway.

whats the program called. Im sure it could be found cheaper
