Need to edit a wedding DVD

Can anyone recommend some software (preferably free) that I can use to edit my wedding DVD? Not hugely chuffed with what the videographers created and just want to remove some footage and add some music if possible.

Windows Movie Maker seems the obvious choice?

It's not great, but it'll do the job....

Surely though just ask the Videographer to make the edits. Ultimately you've paid him to do the job and he hasn't done it how you'd like...

also get the raw footage from them too.

I've looked at that but i thought I'd need to convert the VOB files back to a different format before attempting to edit them?
