Need to find a recovering disk for laptop

Going to look at a mates laptop later this week who has a virus apparently. He is failry-ish clued up and said he has tried to run the acer system restore which is on a seperate partition but by the sounds of it the virus has gotten over there too and deleted it or at best corrupted it!

So is there anywhere I can get a recover CD from? Ive checked the acer website but they dont even have the Aspire 5315 on there anymore!

Or can I get an Acer OEM disk from somewhere to use with the licence code on the windows sticker?
