Need to get this spec PC as cheap as possible

Is suggest you read the forum rules!!! No one is going to link you to a competitor, I strongly suspect that dell is "crap", you cant get a decent i7 system that cheap, if you want someone to put together a system from here for you based on i7 they will, it will be a lot better than that dell but will cost more
 
no dell is "crap", some are just a little challenged others are cracking bits of kit for the money for undemanding users,

last time I looked ocuk were selling some Dell kit
