Well,
Managed to buy the 3d demuxer box direct from taiwan manufacturer at $416 delivered, then got stung £70 inc Parcelforces BS £13.50 Clearance fee (ROBBING B@STARDS) No wonder there apparently back in profit by £400million.
Us seller while a lot cheaper then other us sellers, was still $700 not inc shipping for the same 3d demuxer.
115" 3D Looks amazing. The 3d filters do dull the image quite abit, but 2 projectors help compensate for that quite abit.
Now need to build a screen once decided on material. Hopefully room should be redone next week or 2 and then its down to the 5.1 surround setup and speaker placement including the ball-ache of hiding all the speaker cables, hdmi cables. Then mounting up the twin stack w1070's on the back wall near the ceiling.
If I remember to, I will temp setup one of the w1070's and take a pic to show you guys the amazing 115" screen size
Total cost is gonna be close to £2250 for everything inc surround system and home built screen.
