Looks okay to me just check your psu can supply enough amps for the gfx card.
 
Is that system in your signiture current??? Reading that i don't see why u would upgrade, just oc that E2180 of yours and add another 2gb of ram if u realy want 4gb.

If you do go ahead with upgrade then buy X38 or X48 chipset mobo.
 
No this system is not for me specifically, it is for a relative. The spec in my sig is my computer :) im not "upgrading" im building a new system for my step dad. should have made that a bit more clear in the first post, but i did not think it was necessary.
 
could save £20 by going for the 2200 over the 4500, extra bit of cache wont make that much difference.

aside from that it looks fine.
