Need to move a capacitor... how would i solder it?

Hi I need to do this...

Here is my capacitor...

And this is what im trying to solder the wire to...

This is my soldering iron..

How would I go about doing that???

The soldering iron couldnt melt the solder on the mobo... so I just soldered wires to the underside of the board...

Time to test...
