Need to pick between three Mobo's - Advice please!

So - Just done a new build and have had issues with getting the mobo i ordered out on time, now, i am mobo-less and have been told that the Extream4 (what i ordered) is a lump of poo im Comparison to others around.

I have narrowed my options down to three boards and was looking for advice on which one to purchase, that are;

It will be powering a AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8350 Black Edition 4.00GHz

The 2nd link is debatable because of the price but it looks cool :<

How would it compare to the Sabertooth, i'd rather the Giga over the Saber but only visually, is the Saber genuinely a much better bored for the extra it costs?
 
The difference is in price mostly.
Gigabyte allows faster memory, plus the uk rma is great.
I had to rma one of my motherboards and it came back repaired only 3 weeks later.
 
Motherboard wise Asus seem to be better for AMD, although the UD3 rev 4 and UD5 are a very good alternative
