Need to reduce a video size by 1MB

Trying to upload a vid to facebook, and I need to shave off a MB. Just tried WMM but thats very basic and when you edit the file it saves the video at around 12MB for some reason.

When you export the video from Movie Maker, choose a lower quality setting. This will reduce the size of the file.

Yer, was hoping to do that but couldnt find any options. Might be as iam using win7

What format is the video?
format factory
handbrake
vidrop
autogk
If theres anything you can crop virtualdubmod is easy enough.
