need to replace my system, any pointers?

Hey, to be honest I've not kept up with hardware for ages so thought I'd post in here. I've got a problem with my motherboard and it needs replacing. My current kit is this:

AMD 64 s939 3500+
Asus a8v motherboard (wifi deluxe edition)
2gb pc3200 ram
6800GT AGP graphics card

Now, I could just buy another motherboard to use the above but I'd rather upgrade the lot. The problem is budget, I can't justify too much outlay and want to spend as little as possible, probably around the £150-250 range - the lower the better!!

Can a decent system be had for this price??? I don't need a super gaming system, but something that will give me fairly decent gaming performance would be handy.

I work for a memory company so I won't need any, I'll get that through work.

Like I said, memory won't be a problem. I think i'll go with t3los second option as I can keep the AGP card for the time being.

Yeh I noticed that my RAM would still be OK. As I work for a memory company getting my hands on RAM is no problem however

I won't be overclocking so thats not a problem.
