Need to restrict net access for a teenager.

Been asked to connect a friends kids pc to the net, but to restirct access to only "approved" sites (bbc bytesize, etc)

The machine is going to be fed from a wireless link on another machine, any ideas what i need to do/fiddle with?

Another vote for CyberPatrol. My kids are too young to be trying to bypass it (I think....), however I did have a go myself, and it beat me. I think the earlier versions had some vunerabilities, however the recent ones are pretty hardened against bypass attacks.
