Need to rma a dvd drive i bought plz help

Hi all

I bought a https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CD-088-SA
from overclockers that was delivered today.
Iplugged everything in nothing didn't work.
So now i want to have to rma it but don't know how can someone tell me how it's done pplease?
