Hi guys,

I've got a 30Mb+ folder comprising of files and sub folders that I need to send to a client. It's too large for email and definitely won't zip small enough for email either. I've zipped it up and added it to Skydrive but it's not working from the other end for some reason (testing with my dad). I don't want to email it piecemeal ...

What other options do I have? Can anyone recommend any (free) sites where I can store it so that someone else can download it? I'm also running WHS 2011 - is there a way of creating a private folder on this that would be accessible to my client? Although I've always had trouble setting up remote desktop, so this may not work ...

Ideally it won't require any software on the clients side as this will only lead to problems if IT departments step in ...

Cheers,

Jed.

Sign up to Dropbox, upload the files there.

Get client to sign up to Dropbox and you share the folder to them and they can access the files from the website - they don't need the client.

If you want a referall code to get an extra 500Mb storage space, I'll happily oblige.

Ahhh, I assume dropbox would need software rather than just signing up. I'll give it a go.
