Need to turn PDF into bound book

Ok i've bought a guide for my D200 camera but it's a PDF file and is over 700 pages.

I'd like a hard copy bound so that I can read it away from the PC. Does anyone know an online company that I could send the PDF to and then they will print, bind and post it to me???

Probably but i'd have to print it, not sure my laser will stand that lol + I haven't got 700 sheets of paper.

No it's fine, he authorises it in the first page, even tells you use duplex.
