Need to update BIOS but ...

On my new OC'd bundle which is now up and running very well, I am suffering from the well known "large cursor" issue that a lot of p55/hd58xx owners are suffering from. The majority of people have said their issue was resolved when they updated their BIOS ... fortunately for me, it seems to be fixed with BIOS F6 from Gigabyte as I am currently on F5

Unfortunately, i'm not sure I am allowed to update it, because on the bundle page it says:

Note - Updating the BIOS on the overclocked bundle range will void the warranty on the overclock. If you update the BIOS we will no longer be able to provide support for configuring and maintaining the CPU overclock.

So, i'm kind of in a no-win situation at the moment

Any suggestions?
