Need to upgrade a few components and I have 400 quid to do it!

Righto, i'm in need of updating my PC.

All i'm concentrating on is the CPU, Motherboard, RAM and GFX card.

At the moment i'm running:-

Athlon 64 Clawhammer 3700 Socket 754
DFi LanParty NF3 Ultra
2 x 512MB DDR 400 Crucial Ballistix
Sapphire X800 XT PE VIVO

So for 400 quid, what would you recommend?

gigabyte DS3
Geil 1gb pc6400 ddr2
thats what id go for, mabye a x1950 gfx card?

Ideally i'd prefer to skimp on something else and go for 2GB of RAM.

The 400 pounds isn't set in stone, but somewhere near to that is what I'm aiming for
