Need to upgrade....it's been a while

Budget 400-500
Current spec:
E8400
HD5850
2gb Ram

Need something that will play WoW and Civ 6. I don't really use my pc for gaming much these days beyond those two.

Have monitor, case HD and PSU just need a mobo, cpu, gfx card and ram.
