Need upgrade from 7900gt

As title need an upgrade from a 7900gt.
It needs two hdmi Sockets(or one dvi-d and one hdmi)and some way to connect to a VGA screen for the time being.
Plan is to upgrade monitor to a 24"-28" in the near future. And the other hdmi to plug into my tv. But monitor ATM only has VGA. Current card doesn't have hdmi anyway so need to replace it.

Needs to power the future screen for x-rebirth and star wars old rebulic.
Looking around 60-70 prefer second hand but willing to go new. So is there a decent upgrade option for that price.

Nvidia
GeForce GT 545 DDR3
Radeon HD 5670 512MB

A near silent or even passive card would be beneficial.

The obvious choice is a second hand 5850 or GTX 460 1GB if you can find one. Just about every card would have HDMI I would expect and every card I've bought recently as a DVI-VGA converter in the box.

Thanks, but they seem to be going at 90+ in members Market.
Anything slightly less pricey, what are all these new cards like with sound? When playing hd movies? Don't mind so much if they spin up during game play.
But rest of comp is built to be silent.
