Need upgrade suggestion

ok, Darkfall Unholy wars is out on the 20th and i want some new shiny basically,
right now i have:

Z77X-D3H mobo
i5 3570k
h60 w/c
8gig ram
500gig hdd 7200rpm 64 cache
470 gtx
CX600 PSU

now I'm not bothered about the cpu or cooler seeing as i'll only oc if i have to and just leave it on the turbo setting, now I'm willing to spend about £300 and all i can think of is graphics card, and maybe getting an SSD? i don't know how much difference SSD's offer though, are they worth it? and i notice my mobo has a slot for one, is it simply just plug and play if i buy one?

Includes three games and is faster (especially when overclocked more) than a GTX560ti 448, but looking at this 7850 vs GTX470 comparison - http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/549?vs=519 - it looks like its not worth it.

Hey mate thanks for the fast reply, yeah I agree the performance increase isn't really much, I think i'll go with the SSD though and save a bit to get one of the better cards, so am I write in assuming the SSD's just slot in? in stall windows and that's it?
