Need upgrades for gaming.

Hi, i want to upgrade my ancient ps that i mainly play games on. Basically im looking to spend upto £400 for a motherboard, ram & cpu that is all i need, allready have a heatsink & os etc.

Not sure what cooler you have, but if it is quite old then there is a good chance it wont fit the new CPU socket. If you order the retail CPU it will come with a cooler.

Also you will also need to reinstall the OS as you are changing the MB.

either go for the i5 750 then that maniacfest has suggested or you could go the amd route also -
