Need urgent help on new build PLEASE

Guys I just build my pc and whenever I start my PC the following message comes up:
CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please go to the softmenu.
However my PC works fine and I can go on XP and all.
Is my CPU not functioning properly or do I have to change some settings. Please help guys. Thanks

reset/clear the bios ?

I installed XP the first time and everything seemed fine. Then when I was installing the motherboard drivers, the PC got stuck. So I tried to reinstall XP and it gets stuck half way through. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I checked all the hardware and it seems fine.

Could be your Optical Drive not reading all the files correctly when copying to the hard drive for the first time OR you have bad clusters on your hard drive.

What HD is it?
