Need USA proxy asap for paypal payment - help

I need to pay my wife's netflix in the states and of course, it's been stupid about me not having a US bank card, or a US paypal account. Need to setup a US paypal account I guess so I can quickly send money from mine to it, then pay via that.

Help.. how do I do that tonight?

Bah.. many thanks for that. I managed to get all the way through, even having sent myself the money, but then even with the paypal address is still wanted a US registered card. That sucks.

Now I can't even issue a refund without linking a card. lol.
