Hello folks.

I need to find a USB dongle/adapter (preferably 11N, but 11G will do) that has drivers for Windows CE 5 for amd platform (need to confirm details).

I need to network an industrial embroidery machine (Tajima TFMX2-1506) to company net because usb stick express is getting real old...

Most modern wifi adapters dont offer WinCE drivers....

It does, but cable is a bit of a problem. Needs to be connected to router which is some distance away across the workshop.

At the moment i'll live with memory stick express, but prefer to find an adapter that comes with wince5 drivers...

Just use an ethernet wifi bridge so the device sees it as a wired network. Many APs feature this client mode.

CNC end of machine is absolutely dumb and i cant really do anything but connect it to router for dhcp, as connecting directly to pc that already is connected to the net freaks it out and i have to mess with machines operating gui to access wince5 to click away all dhcp error messages(woo that was a long sentence). Machine is not supposed to be operated by usual means (keyboard+mouse) and its control panel has very limited and very specialised functionality. Tried to assign it a static ip, but that colided the sh!t out of the net and most computers lost wan... ok, i'm a bit rusty on networking side, i think easiest way to fix it all is to get wifi adapter, install drivers and connect it via wifi to router/gateway.
I'm also absolutely useless at WinCE5 as i never touched anything that ran it.

You dont need to do anything with the OS if it will pick up a DHCP address via ethernet. Just connect it to a bridge as Caged has suggested..
