Need Wireless Reciever

Whats better guys to go USB or PCI?

What would be a good product, would be doing some video streaming and gaming.

I was looking at this
TP-Link 300Mbps High-Gain Wireless-N USB Adapter
And
Asus PCE-N15 300Mbps 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter

EDIT: Doing a bit of research it seems USB is the way to go really. the TP-Link i can't find any bad reviews. Still open to suggestions though.

iv got the n15 and im looking to upgrade.

i can only get between 200 and 500mbs download speed on an N network.

I'd recommend a USB one, just because you can position it better.
