Needing a new PC

Hey guys, I'm in need of a new PC, my budget is around £900, I already have a 1000w PSU and am looking to get a GTX 970 along with a i7-4790k 4.0ghz. I already have my case sorted and everything but I'm just wondering what CPU heatsink I can use to keep my pc at a nice cool temperature. Any response would be a HUGE help!

We need to know what case you have. This will help to determine what cooler and mobo(ATX,mATX or ITX) to spec. Will you need an OS, keyboard or mouse?

I have a Corsair RM1000 and the case I will be getting is a Aerocool Xpredator X3 Gaming Tower Case Chassis Dimensions 533mm (D) x 223mm (W) x 527mm (H)
Carton Dimension 570mm (D) x 280mm (W) x 610mm (H)

I was thinking about the ACX EVGA CPU cooler, Black - 120 mmACX EVGA CPU cooler, Black - 120 mm but I don't know.

But if you recommend another case and components, that would be awesome!
