needs a quite graphics card

i have a ati 5550 graphics card and it god damn loud its the loudest thing from pc that iam goin to return it!
could anyone suggest a good card that doesnt make so much noise i use my pc for non gaming purposes its just disaplyed on a 50" plasma and a 22" monitor if that helps also need a hdmi slot inc with the card

Why not replace the cooler with a passive one?

^^ just replace the stock fan and sink for something aftermarket, why waste a perfectly good card over just noise?
