Hi. If your been having problems with the 900 series graphic card with shimmering textures, bad shadows, and antialiasing problem. I think it is the Nvidia Negative LOD Bias Clamp not working in the control panel.

https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/529407/geforce-drivers/clamp-negative-lod-bias/13/

I have a 970 GTX and have this problem and its ok up close but any distance it happens. Worst on objects that meant to look round but look jaggy. The floor when moving looks like its shimmering.

This happens on all settings ive tried from setting it to allow and clamp and different ways of nvidia anisotropic filtering app settings, off and app controlled.

Does any one else have this problem and is there a fix?.

All driver release notes since 2011, under "Product Limitations":

"Negative LOD Bias Clamp

Negative LOD bias clamp for DirectX applications is not supported on Fermi-based GPUs and later.
"

Perhaps a screenshot would better illustrate the problem you're experiencing?

The thing is it don't show up on screen shots it fine same with the jaggy edge. It seems perfect but in game its noticeable.
