So my cpu temps are showing at -115 degrees C. Any ideas on how to warm it up? ![Stick Out Tongue :p :p](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/tongue.gif)
In all seriousness it seems that the cpu temp sensor has died (at least the bois says its not functioning). Any reccomendations that dont involve a new cpu?
Its an old Northwood P4 2.6GHz HT on an ASUS P4P800 that hasnt been overclocked in its life. I replaced the CPU cooler with a Scythe Mine Rev2 AFTER the temp problems came about with no change.
I have looked at getting a replacement cpu but i think my money would be better spent elsewhere.
