They started to build a basement, the whole place is vibrating, I have a professional exam on the 19th, I need my books and computer to study I just cant take this any longer. I am starting to suffer from headaches.

What are my options, the study pack and the exam costs £1000 and changes every year.

Assuming it's not during antisocial hours, then as above, library or friend's place. Or café, or bar. I did most of my revision, and wrote the majority of my dissertation, sitting in a pub. I'd probably go with a friend though - if it's only a week, ask to use a bit of the study/kitchen/living room (depending on living situation).
