So where do you fit, if at all? And when did you discover your super power? Personally I was about 14 and was spending way too much time in front of my PC when my own dad told me I was 'a geek'

I replied something like "would you prefer I was out with my other friends, smoking pot?" which promptly shut him up and made him bring food and other treats to my PC for me. Win!

Graph is discriminating

I'm not socially inept, nor am I that intelligent and I'm certainly not obsessive!
Yet according to my peers I'm a geek!
So Mr "I made this foolish graph" how do you explain my situation?!

No-one's going to readily admit to anything other than "geek", if only for the reason that the set labels "Intelligence" and "Obsession" have positive/neutral connotations, while "Social Ineptitude" has overtly negative ones.

Also, Intelligence should be more blue.

Geek, hate it when the kids at work shout "look it's the IT nerd", i have turned round to them before and told them im not a nerd and that i wholey accept being called a geek.

You'd be surprised, a lot of people on digg admitted to being a nerd or dweeb. If you're socially inept you're probably not going to worry too much about your social status
