I used to use Nero for burning cd's and dvd's but its way too big, is there a more basic program that will do what I want? I just want it to make an audio cd from some mp3's to play in my car.

Think Nero is about 700mb or something crazy.

Thanks

I always wondered if the makers were the same people who did DVD Decryptor? Same jingle.

They are, dvd decrypter due to legal reasons no doubt is discontinued so he/they? made imgburn, or they took the burning part from decrypter and made a separate program, I dunno but yer same person

I also had no idea that imgburn could burn doovdes, I've only been using it to burn images.

I find IMGBurn fiddly :(

Its great for burning images, but for copying files and folders to a disc it does my nut in - nero made this easy so I knew exactly what I was burning.
Also, on several occasions, I'd add stuff to be burned, it goes through its analyzing procedure, it looked like it should fit no problem, then says the disk is too small :(

Just tried the Ashampoo software someone recommended .... much better, thank you ;) Working fine in Win 7100 :p

Deepburner free is pretty decent too, allows you to make several types of discs (data, music etc), will burn CDs and DVDs, menu systems for them, burn ISOs, create images of discs you've prepared for burning *useful if you've made a data/custom installer/driver disc and want a copy* and it's pretty small (5meg installer). Worth a look if Imgburn doesn't do it for you.
