So I'm about a week into my first ever desktop install of linux. Windows XP kept BSODing about every 30 mins and I was sick of it. I've been threatening to install linux for years now... I've installed Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft and it's all been going swimmingly so far. Wireless drivers sorted very quickly; I've even got my poker software running! I had also reinstalled Windows before so I could dual boot if necessary, but I haven't felt the need yet
Basically, my question is: what software is available to convert DivX, etc. to DVD format? I had been using Nero Vision on Windows but I haven't found a replacement in linux yet, despite much searching. All suggestions gratefully received!
