How do you relax? :)

I've three consecutive telephone interviews (with the same company) in just over an hour. I just had a cup of tea to try and relieve the nerves.

I don't know for sure, but i'm pretty sure it's because they're setting up a UK base here, so there are no UK personnel atm. I've got 5 telephone interviews lined up in the next two days. If they like me, I assume the next interview would be in the US.

Music or television being on isn't a bad idea so long as it's not intrusive. Sitting in silence will be unnatural and could make you more nervous/awkward as a result.

It's normal to be nervous and it's not necessarily a bad thing. Just be yourself and hope the right questions come up and that you're ready for them.

Why not listen to some music or play a game. It's normal to be a little nervous don't worry about it.

well if its a telephone interview then why not have a lady friend come over and...
right propper advice

coffee, cigarette if you smoke.

might sound stupid but comming off the phone from something like that i find just putting my feet on the desk and leaning back relaxes me straight away.... no idea why

don't expect to get it and treat it like a mock interview......if you can put yourself in that frame of mind you will be fine.
