Nespresso pods with less caffiene

Hi all

Recently bought a Nespresso vertuo machine and i really like the coffee it makes however just one cup leaves me buzzing for a few hours to an extent where i can't concentrate. Any one know of some pods with lower caffeine please?

If you can't find weaker coffees can you dilute the one you do have with water or milk? Drink half?

I think Cappuccino tends to be a bit weaker.

Lower caffeine preferably. I did get a decaff pod in the variety box that came with the machine and its not bad tbh.
I like a little bit of a kick like i get with most instant coffees, the pods i have tried so far though have been very strong.

I find the blonde roasts a litter lighter but not sure if they have less caffeine sorry

I recommend Mellow Birds, contains almost zero coffee.

I was given one for christmas - also with about 7 different tubes of coffee and to be honest the only flavour I liked was the fortado columbian. I find many of the coffees were way too strong for my liking. Also its not very hot and I often have to put the cup in the microwave after brewing.

Also not tried them yet but you can get non brand refillable pods that you can put your own coffee in and save a fortune over the rip off nepresso boxes that cost around £25 for 30 capsules

I use asda's own pods, the strongest ones and have quite abit of oat milk in it so its not super strong
