Nest thermostat gone

Not sure if I should post in here or an alternative, but noticed this morning that the Nest Thermostat I had available in Apple Home has gone

Nothing in my set up has changed, everything is as it was

Homekit is online and working and recognised nest fire alarms I have

Not quite sure what has happened - any ideas of what to try?
The thermostat works OK in the Nest app so seems to work ok

What generation of thermostat? Google EOL'd the gen 1 & gen 2 thermostats a few weeks back.

Just checked and its marked up as display 3.6 so its 3rd Gen

Yeah, I should have realised that when you said it was showing up in the app.

Sorry, I'm out of ideas.

I had this happen a little while ago after a firmware update, after a week or so it came back no idea why?

I've tried resetting the apps on homebridge and even tried an alternative and nothing so I think i'll play the waiting game and see if it just randomly appears back

I deleted and added the stat on the app re-enabled the publisher on google cloud and nothing worked for me. It was simply a waiting game. Now they have junked off the nest 2 which city trips my loft which is another pita.
