I'd swap the drive for the Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB in this week only but as it only a net/download machine not sure it matters :p
 
That spec looks about perfect for what it is needed for, plus in theory (ie assuming AMD stick with AM2 for a bit) it should offer plenty of upgrade routes in the future should it be needed.

The CPU is hardly going to set records, but it should be fine for net/email and even many older games (ie a year or more old)
