.NET Framework 3.0 Download

Ok guys, I need a link to the .NET Framework 3.0 package, the FULL package, becasue the computer I'm putting it on is never going to go on the internet. I can't seem to find it anywhere, all i can find is the little preinstaller that connects to the net to download the rest.

I've seached high and low for an hour, can anyone help?!

this is the one where you install it and downlaod the rest, I'm sure this is the one where it downloads the rest?!

on the same page on the bottom =S hopefully thats it ..... if not why not just get the sdk ??? shouldnt that have everything ?
