Hey guys I'm struggling a bit with a .net framework error I keep getting everytime I start the laptop. It was caused when a Nvidia driver failed to install properly and crashed. But I have tried running the repair tool and tried reinstalling the Nvidia driver to no avail. I can't see what the error is because the message doesn't hang around.

It's in Win 10 by the way. I've tried googling to no avail. The things it says to try aren't working.

The repair tool says it finds errors but can't fix them.

I would try and reinstall the entire net framework package but I don't know what I need to try it.

Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and then using DDU (in safe mode) to totally get rid of them. Then you could try again from scratch.

Also, it might be worth checking event viewer for errors (right click start button>event viewer>custom views>administrative events)

And you could check the startup tab in task manager. From there, you can disable apps that run on startup.
