I'm building a pc out of spare parts for a friend of my mums and they mentioned that they were worried about what sites their daughter could access. I know there's a program called net nanny but not sure if you have to pay for it or not and was wondering if there was a free version.

Net Nanny is very good at what it does, but you have to pay.
