Hi,

A little bit of advice please. :)

Is anybody running Dreamweaver CS4 on a Netbook?

The Adobe website says 1GHZ processor and 512mb ram as minimum, but I need real life experiences. :)

I appreciate the experience won't be as fast as a desktop! :D

The netbook Samsung NC20 will have 2gb memory, when I get around to buying it. :)

Thanks for any advice

ps...I already have a laptop but need something smaller for the train, coach, field etc etc

Sorry I can't advise you on the performance aspect but I guess the biggest argument against it would be the screen resolution.

Do you currently have CS4 or are you looking to buy it? You could always download a trial and see how it performs and if it's good enough for you

I manage to run visual studio.net 2008 on my samsung nc10 and it runs well so I would assume that Dreamweaver would work on a netbook without to many problems.

Still to purchase it, good call on the trial! Not sure why I didn't think of that :-)

That's useful to know, gives me a bit more confidence. :)

Do you have two gig on your Sammy? or does it run fine with the standard memory?

Thanks for the feedback guys.
