A friend of mine is off around Europe in 2 months and wants a netbook for email and uploading pics to facebook etc.

What kind of electrical problems is he likely of encountering, if any, in Europe.
Will he need plug adapters?

On a side note, could someone also suggest a wireless broadband supplier for use in Europe?

Cheers.

He'll need to get a different data supplier in each country as otherwise he'll be hit with eye-wateringly high data roaming charges.

Any normal travel adaptor should be fine as Europe is all a.c.

Just the stardard travel plugs I think would suffice and always use the free wi-fi access points . I did when I was in Turkey in the holidays .Was able to send e-mails ,etc for free.
