Been searching around and couldn't really see much uptodate stuff.
I got a Samsung N110 and am looking to find a linux install to make it a lot snappier.

Ideally need:
Linux that will have all the drivers (or at least the WIFI driver working!!)
Flash works without problems for youtube, bbc iplayer and facebook games.
Works with PSX, SNES emulators.

Steam support is a maybe. Not too fussed about that.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestions so far, will check out crunchbang as have tried Mint before on my gaming rig and wasnt a fan =/

I saw UNR just had another look and notice can install on usb. Will try it out before I attempt to install as main os. Thanks :)
Edit: downloading UNR with utorrent.

I'm running ubuntu netbook remix (karmic) on my N110, and ran the jaunty version previously. Karmic is a lot quicker but lacks gnome, jaunty was slower but let you choose between gnome and the netbook gui. I think everything has worked out of the box on both, I've not noticed anything missing anyway.

For speed I think your best option is to take the karmic version on ext4 (it'll be slow from usb obviously) and compile a kernel for it yourself. I haven't done this yet.

My mistake I initially said 'beta form' were as in fact it will just be a very early release.

Google had previously said that an early version of the OS would be available this fall. Considering that we're about two weeks away from the end of fall, a debut next week would hardly be unexpected.
