hi :)

I have a 1012 netbook

Is it it possible to load windows 7 without purchasing a seperate dvd drive?

My main windows pc has a dvd burner and the netbook has it's own ethernet connection on my home network if that is of any relevance.

In addition I do not own any usb sticks above 1gb in size.

thanks

May be possible from an SD card, but never tried it. Only installed Windows 7 from a USB stick, and it went well first time.

Yeah the only way is via dvd or get yourself a bigger usb stick, lots of guides on google on how to make the usb stick boot and work properly
