Netbook RAM upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the RAM in my brother's Asus EeePC 1015PX.

It's using 1GB DDR3-1066 CL7, not sure what voltage.

I can get some DDR3-1333 CL9 1.35V or some DDR3-1600 CL9 1.5V.

Not sure which I should opt for, would the higher voltage have a perceptible impact on battery life?

It will run at 1066Mhz so get whichever is the cheaper

204-pin SODIMM DDR3 PC3-8500 1066MHz is the reccomended btw
