Netbook Recommendation

Hey Guys and Gals,

I'm after the best netbook for £200-230.

It must be 100% compatible (or as close as possible with proprietary drivers) with the latest versions of ubuntu/fedora/arch linux etc.

I would prefer a higher resolution screen if possible and 1-2gb of ram. Hard drive space is NOT an issue.

I will be using it mostly for web searching, listening to music through headphones (incredible audiophile quality is NOT a requirement ) and typing notes in lectures.

been looking for similer for my mum, seems like asus eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee or a msi wind are both good

nearly everything has 1gig ram stock, and 160gig hd

seems like it's compatible with fedora 12, but I don't much about linux.

A 2 gig upgrade, and that's £230 for a pretty complete and well specced netbook.
