Netbook vs Tablet - let's fight it out

I don't think they do a specific one for the vega, but just a case with a built-in keyboard that plugs into the USB and just happens to be the correct fit for the vega. Or I dreamt it..

Be warned, the Vega is not very good out of the box, no market being the main problem. It took me 30 minutes to install my first MoDaCo rom, and 10 minutes to do the last one, it makes the screen smooth to use, takes out a few annoying bugs and makes it run faster. Put it this way, if it wasn't for MoDaCo the vega would either be sent back or sitting in it's box.

I'm very pleased and can't see any point in modding it.
Games wise I've put Pro Evolution Soccer and Angry Birds on - no stutter.
Video wise I've put on V, No Ordinary Family and The Office - no stutter
You Tube - just played a Pingu video - no stutter
BBC Iplayer - no stutter
Capacitive screen is great on the internet.
I really can't fault it at the moment.

I pointed out earlier the Transformer is £479 with keyboard/stand where the Advent Vagina is £249 + what stand may come out eventually.
I don't think the ASUS will do anything more than the Advent except the keyboard/stand will boost your hours.
The Advent looks a bargain.

I think I would pay that aslong as it performs well. I don't like the look of the Vega over the Asus Transformer. Still got more reviews to see before I make my decision on my next portable device. I missed the iPad stage.

PS Any reviews of your purchasged vagina, I mean Vega?

Just started looking at tablets and the Advent Vega does look like good value for money but not knowing much about them yet how restricted is it with regards to Apps?

If I installed something like this -

http://android.modaco.com/content/a...-rom-for-the-advent-vega-with-online-kitchen/

Would that allow normal Apps to be installed the same as say a Samsung tab?

I don't know a lot about Andriod stuff at all, never even had an Andriod phone.
