Don't know where to put this so feel free to move mods.

Setting up a new Chromebook for the kid (11) and done all the parental controls and such on the profiles that's all fine.

However on the Chromebook app it allows access to all the account information with a few clicks which to me seems Beyond stupid, subscription info etc and I can't find any setting to switch this off or remove it from a device. It's driving me potty hence 23.30 on a Sunday night any ideas ?

Yes, but that doesn't stop you going to the account info area which is not located in the profile it's really stupid.

Just bumping this thread as it seems a good place to discuss general Netflix stuff, like price rises and account changes (apologies if I've missed another thread).

Anyway it seems that Netflix is slowly rolling out restrictions intended to prevent account sharing between different households, but which are likely to cause a whole load of grief for account owners that are genuinely using their own paid for account when out and about, travelling with work, at weekend homes, etc.

Apparently they're rolling out in North America and trialling it in Spain and Portugal.

I hardly ever watch Netflix now but am paying whatever it is every month (nearly £20 now?) for mostly utter junk or shows for my kids to watch.
