Netflix issue

Does anyone know why I have this issue with watching netflix on my PC? This is the exact issue I have-

I am running win 8.1 and have 2xGTX680's

Anuy help would be greatly appreciated as I am currently away with no tv....

2nd entry (for me) microsoft answers site has a potential fix. MS has pretty much abandoned siverlight support for Windows 8+ however.

Unfortunately my issue isn't a white screen, it basically garbles my monitor to base pixels as per the youtube vid. I have already tried the fix stated on that link previously to no avail.
