Netflix price

I currently have the 4K + 4 screen package which is £8.99 a month, upon checking my online banking this morning, I’ve only been charged £5.30 this month.

Can anyone on the same plan check theirs please?

Not sure if it’s an error or there’s a discount for one month?

I thought it had gone/is about to go up to £9.99?

I can confirm it has with new accounts. We received a free three month trial, so started a new account and will be paying £9.99 per month after the trial.

They have either made a mistake or they have charged you for HD and not 4K

Have you checked what the bill details say under your Netflix account

I got in touch with Netflix, they said they made a mistake and they would honour the price, it’ll be normal next month.
